WINB Clinic Logistics

Good evening all,

I am excited to see you at the WINB clinic at Lakewood Watersports Facility on Lake Whatcom this weekend, March 7-8th! 

Sailors - Aiofe, Avery, Bella, Hazel, Marin (5)

We have an odd number, so we will rotate through two boats on the water.

Drivers - Since this is a "home" event on Lake Whatcom, sailors are allowed to drive themselves and others. I encourage you all to carpool if reasonable, as there is not a ton of parking at Lakewood.

Cost - Free / by donation!

Waiver - Linked here and in the Notice of Clinic. Please fill out before Saturday.

What to bring - Lots of warm clothes and layers, wetsuit, a notebook and pen, snacks, water bottle, and lunch!! The lake is much colder than the ocean this time of year, so assume that wetsuits will be required.

Schedule -

Saturday, March 7th

10:00 am Report Time; Lakewood opens

10:45am Boats rigged, clinic begins

Lunch break as needed 

5:00 pm Clinic ends

Sunday, March 8th

10:00 am Report time; Lakewood opens

10:30 am Boats rigged, clinic begins

Lunch break as needed 

3:00 pm End

Here is the Notice of Clinic, which has all of the general information and venue information on it! 

There will be hot coco and some snacks but nothing crazy.

Regatta Signups + Goals and Pairs form

Hi Everyone,

Our regatta signup sheet is now live! Please fill out your availability for each regatta. About 10 days before the regatta, I will send an email out to the team reminding you that the signup for that regatta will close. Please have all the info finalized by the time the sheet is closed. Our goal is to have all info finalized at that time so we can send out the team logistics shortly after.

I will be closing the North Regional March 14-15 sheet tomorrow (Friday) at noon. I will send out the logistics for the North Regional regatta tomorrow night. This regatta is open to all sailors and we will send everyone who can go, but we need to know who can attend ASAP. 

Sailors, please complete our Goals and Pairs form. It is due before practice on Tuesday.

You can also find both the signup sheet and pairs form linked in our private team resources page on the website. All sailors should know the password.
