On November 1, 2014 Whatcom Community Sailing, along with the BYC, will be hosting the 2014 National Singlehanded Championship here in Bellingham. All of the funds left over from this event will go directly to our sailing team.In order to keep the cost low, we are asking families to donate soups as part of our meal line-up for the weekend-long event.
On Saturday night, Nov. 1, we will be serving a soup bar to the sailors and race committee members. If you could please sign up to make and deliver a soup to the BYC on Saturday, before noon, it would be greatly appreciated. Please make sure that your soup is labeled, along with your crock-pot so we can get it back to you in a timely manner. We are hoping that each soup pot can serve at least 10 people.
