Schedule - Saturday, Mar 23, 2024

0600 Meet at Sehome Haggens

0615 On the road

0900 Report Time. Registration (Olympia Yacht Club, 201 Simmons St NW, Olympia, WA 98501)

Check-in and boat rigging

1030 Mandatory Competitors Meeting

1130  Breakout into smaller groups/sessions
             1230  Transition to Water, may take a break - may stay on water until end time
             1600  End, brief-debrief with sailors

               

Sunday, Mar 24, 2024

0800  Wake up / Pack

0900 Rig / Change

0930 Breakfast at OYC, eat during discussion / Sat debrief

1000  Discussion, debrief videos
             1100  Transition to water / eat lunch snacks
             1430  Off water
             1445  Coaches convene to prep for debrief with sailors
             1500  Debrief with sailors
             1600  Approximate end time

                           Sailors should contact parents on the drive home the ETA to Sehome Haggen for pickup

Costs - $30 entry fee, plus money to buy two lunches and dinner. Breakfast Sunday comes with your entry fee.

 It's going to be mid 50s, cloudy, with a chance of rain so bring all of your gear. Also bring a sleeping bag and pad as we are camping inside.

• Leave Friday 5 pm. Get to our housing around 8pm.
• Leave Saturday morning at 6:15am to make the 9am report time. 

I always think it's a great idea to leave the night before and get good rest for the sailors. I understand that this is late notice for leaving Friday so I want to hear if that works from each family.
